Best Western Plus Central Park Hôtel & Spa
I highly recommend this hotel with its very friendly staff. We received a very warm welcome. At reception, we met Bérengère, Medhi, Fanny, Louis, and Akim, who were charming, helpful, and attentive.
We won't forget the wonderful lunch overseen by Giuseppe, who always has a smile and is in good spirits, assisted by Léo and Alexis, who organize this brunch.
The buffet is magnificent, and everything is well thought out: savory and sweet options, excellent jams, delicious cheeses—nothing is missing. Giuseppe even thought of waffles, financiers, and madeleines. We certainly didn't have room for lunch, but we were ready to face the day with full stomachs.
We also won't forget the massages from Daisy and Maria—unforgettable massages in a very warm and caring atmosphere.
The rooms are very pleasant, very clean, and the bedding is comfortable. I highly recommend this lovely hotel, close to the sea, the wildlife park, and the fishing port. It's very well located.

Passing through La Rochelle for business, I spent a night at this hotel and it was an excellent experience. First, the welcome was warm; the young, friendly team was very responsive. Second, the location is excellent, just steps from the old port across the park, and there's an outdoor parking lot about 50 meters behind the hotel.
The rooms aren't very large, admittedly, but they're clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with tea, coffee, bottled water, a refrigerator, a safe, etc. The bathroom, while small, is perfectly equipped and clean.
And finally, the spa—contrary to some reviews I've read, and as someone who often stays in hotels with spas, I found this one particularly pleasant, beautifully decorated, zen-like, very clean, and very cozy. On my next trips to La Rochelle, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again!

Another visit to our favourite hotel in La Rochelle. This time, for hubby's birthday 🎂. As always, kind, friendly staff, very clean comfortable suite and of course near the park. This time we enjoyed the jacuzzi in the Spa, a real treat. Short walk to the harbour and town with the bars and restaurants. Also, cut thru the little animal park and you'll be at the beach. Perfect!

Un petit message pour vous remercier pour ces trois jours passés chez vous. On se sent accueilli comme à la maison… En mieux, parce qu’à la maison personne ne me prépare un aussi bon et copieux petit-déjeuner.
Mention spéciale pour les massages de Daisy et Maria : un vrai moment de détente à en oublier tous les soucis…
Et que dire des petits-déjeuners ? Copieux, délicieux, et toujours servis avec le sourire. Un grand bravo au cuistot, aussi sympathique que généreux dans le choix et la présentation du buffet. Chaque matin ça donnait envie de quitter rapidement la chambre. J’ai même eu la chance de déguster les gaufres de Bruxelles selon la recette de la belle-mère.
Merci à tous pour votre gentillesse, votre bonne humeur et votre professionnalisme. Vous avez largement contribué à rendre ce séjour agréable.
