J’ai réservé une Suite en pensant qu’il y aurait une baignoire, mais j’ai été déçue de découvrir qu’il n’y avait qu’une douche.🤦‍♀️😭

De plus, la douche n’avait pas de porte, ce qui inondait le sol de la salle de bain. Il fallait essorer et faire sécher le tapis de bain après chaque utilisation.😩🪣

Il me semblait que le site indiquait un lit king size, mais en réalité, il s’agissait de deux lits simples rapprochés. Les roulettes bougeaient, les lits s’écartaient et on risquait de tomber entre les deux.🫨

Enfin, à la réception, on nous avait annoncé une coupe de champagne offerte pour notre dernier jour, mais nous ne l’avons jamais reçue.🤷‍♀️

It would have been helpful if the person I spoke to on the phone when I booked had mentioned that half an hour of spa access was included. I wasn't aware of this, and I didn't bring my swimsuit, so I couldn't use it. Too bad.

We had a short 2-night stay. The hotel and staff were very welcoming. The room was spotless. The breakfast was varied, and we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Excellent hotel, located a 5-minute walk from the center. The room was very comfortable and clean, no complaints whatsoever. The staff was professional and friendly, superb. A real bonus – the spa. The spa is well-equipped and the limited number of people allows for all the comforts you could wish for. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in La Rochelle!
