I had a wonderful time at the Pilates & Spa event. The organization was perfect, and having access to the spa after the Pilates session was the perfect touch to extend that moment of well-being. Between the relaxation, the pleasant setting, and the quality of the guidance, everything came together for a truly rejuvenating experience.
A big thank you to the organizers, Daisy, the spa manager, and Clémence, who led the Pilates class. I can't wait to participate again, and I will definitely return to the spa to enjoy it myself and share it with my family and friends.

Located near a beautiful park and not far from downtown La Rochelle, I would gladly return for another relaxing experience and to enjoy this beautiful city!
