A huge thank you to Louise for making our birthday weekend so special. She took such good care of us from beginning to end and provided so many thoughtful touches that made all the difference. She always greets guests with a smile and is incredibly helpful.

Having traveled extensively, including staying in very high-end hotels, we have never received such exceptional service. In a France where the quality of service sometimes suffers, this deserves to be highlighted.

Thanks to her, our stay was even more enjoyable. We highly recommend her!

A very good experience at this hotel. I thank all the staff, but especially Giuseppe. It's such a pleasure to start the day at breakfast with such a friendly and smiling person. He loves his job and he clearly conveyed that to us. Thank you, Giuseppe!

No negative comments to make except perhaps the size of the spa. We were lucky enough to have no one else there during our time slot, without booking a private room. And thankfully so, because I have trouble imagining how eight people could enjoy the space at the same time.
