Customer reviews of the Best Western Plus Central Park

I enjoyed the massages. Thank you, Maria.

It would have been helpful if the person I spoke to on the phone when I booked had mentioned that half an hour of spa access was included. I wasn't aware of this, and I didn't bring my swimsuit, so I couldn't use it. Too bad.

Impeccable service with a warm welcome, and the spa has been renovated. Perfect!
We'll gladly return.

We had a short 2-night stay. The hotel and staff were very welcoming. The room was spotless. The breakfast was varied, and we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Excellent hotel, located a 5-minute walk from the center. The room was very comfortable and clean, no complaints whatsoever. The staff was professional and friendly, superb. A real bonus – the spa. The spa is well-equipped and the limited number of people allows for all the comforts you could wish for. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in La Rochelle!

We didn't stay at the hotel but spent an hour in the spa, which was lovely and the facilities were perfect. A big thank you to Louise for her warm welcome.
